1. Be responsible for planning and implementing quality management plan according to the requirements of quality system.

2. Be responsible for the verification of product inspection standards to achieve the quality control objectives of products and processes.

3. Be responsible for supervising the in-depth implementation of advanced quality management methods and means;

4. Participate in the evaluation of samples, defective products, scrap products and returned products to ensure that product quality meets customer requirements;

5. Be responsible for collecting on-site quality data, analyzing and putting forward corrective and preventive measures.

6. Responsible for internal follow-up of customer complaints and completion of 8D analysis report;

7. Change the internal inspection standards and other relevant information in time when customer needs change;

8. Responsible for cooperating with customer audit, submitting all kinds of data, tracking closed-loop non-conformity items;

9. Responsible for the training of product quality requirements for the relevant personnel before the batch production of the projects under their jurisdiction;

10. Responsible for personal responsibility area 6S work;

11. Be responsible for the efficiency and quality of the delivered material number.

1. College degree or above, more than 2 years of relevant work experience, excellent mechanical major freshmen can also be;

2. Familiar with quality control system and product processing process;

3. Proficiency in product inspection and quality analysis methods and 8D process;

4. TS16949, ISO 9001 Certificate of Internal Auditor, CET-4 or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

5. Understanding statistical knowledge, skilled use of office software, autoCAD mapping software.
