[Notes for operation of high-voltage disconnector]: 1) When mechanical interlocking is difficult due to the long distance between high-voltage disconnector and circuit breaker, the key of high-voltage disconnector can be stored at the circuit breaker or on the control switch handle of the circuit breaker. Only after the circuit breaker is switched off, can the key be taken out and the corresponding disconnector be opened to avoid negative interlocking.
1) When it is difficult to use mechanical interlocking when the distance between the high-voltage disconnector and the circuit breaker is relatively long, the key of the high-voltage disconnector can be stored at the circuit breaker or on the operating handle of the control switch of the circuit breaker. Only after the circuit breaker is opened can the key be removed and the corresponding disconnector be opened to avoid pulling the switch with load.
2) Install mechanical interlocking device of grounding wire at the operating mechanism of high voltage disconnector. The disconnector can't close before the end of grounding wire is removed.
3) The high-voltage disconnector with grounding knife should be carefully checked during maintenance to ensure that the mechanical interlocking device between the main blade and the grounding knife is good, and the grounding knife should be opened first when the main blade is closed.
4) Mechanical interlocking should be installed between high-voltage disconnector and circuit breaker. Connecting rod mechanism is usually used to ensure that disconnector can not be opened when the circuit breaker is in the closing position.
5) The auxiliary contacts on the operating mechanism of the oil circuit breaker are used to control the electromagnetic lock, so that the electromagnetic lock can lock the operating handle of the high-voltage disconnector and ensure that the operating handle of the high-voltage disconnector can not be operated before the circuit breaker is disconnected.
